One-time purchase
Pro and Student are paid once, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel and you'll never be charged again.
Full refund within 14 days
If you ask within 14 days of your purchase, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email humanresourcesviber@gmail.com from (or mentioning) the email address you used to buy, or request a refund through the link on your Dodo Payments receipt.
How you're refunded
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, sends the money back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
What happens to your account
After a refund your account goes back to the Free plan. All your notes and people are kept; you just can't add beyond the Free limits.
After 14 days
Refund requests after 14 days are at our discretion. Write to us anyway and we'll be fair. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please talk to us first — it's quicker. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through Dodo Payments; if one succeeds, the account returns to Free.
