Delete your account and data

Delete in the app

Log in to Pocket Ellie, then open Settings → Your data → Delete account (the “Delete my account” button).

Download your data first if you want to keep a copy. Type DELETE and re-enter your password to confirm. If you use Google or an email sign-in link, sign in again and confirm within 10 minutes.

What gets deleted, and when

Once you confirm and deletion finishes, your account and login, saved people, categorized facts, how-known lines, conversations and transcripts, photos, quiz history, settings and PIN hash are permanently removed. You are signed out and the app clears its local account data. There is no waiting period or undo.

Download photo links stop working when the originals are deleted. If deletion cannot finish, the app shows an error; try again or contact us.

What is retained

If you made a purchase, we retain only a minimal accounting record: payment ID, amount and currency where available, and purchase date. It has no email, notes or account link and is kept for applicable accounting obligations. Dodo Payments retains its own payment records under its policy. Account deletion does not automatically refund a purchase.

Need help without logging in?

Email humanresourcesviber@gmail.com from your account email and request account and data deletion. We verify that the account is yours before deleting it and respond within 30 days. No login is needed to read this page or email us.
